Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Presence account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
In-app account deletion (instant)
Open Presence → tap your profile icon → Account → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. You will be asked to re-authenticate before deletion is confirmed.
Option 2 — Submit a request by email

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to:

What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (email, name)
- All session history and guidance records
- Voice and language preferences
What is retained
Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for up to 90 days for internal analytics, after which they are permanently deleted.
