Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Presence account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
In-app account deletion (instant)
Open Presence → tap your profile icon → Account → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. You will be asked to re-authenticate before deletion is confirmed.
Option 2 — Submit a request by email
Email us
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to:
hello@dailypresence.lifePlease include Account Deletion Request in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (email, name)
- Voice, pace and language preferences, and your push token
- Any feedback you sent and your invite code
- Your email from every session record
What is retained
Anonymized usage statistics (such as session timings) with no name, email, or anything you wrote; the dates your account was created and deleted; and, to prevent abuse of free sessions and invite bonuses, a device identifier linked to daily session counts and to any invite code used on that device.
